Joseph provides a wide-range of experience in civil design and land development. Over the past nine years, he has assisted clients with commercial, retail and residential projects, providing site planning, project development, and design services for site grading and paving, domestic water and sanitary sewer systems, storm water management and detention facilities.  Joseph has also assisted public sector clients in the design of roadway and utility infrastructure projects.   Typical duties include design, coordination of development requirements, quality control, client development, client contact, and monitoring of the governmental review and approval processes.


Professional Experience


June 2011 through present - BEFCO Engineering, Inc. in La Grange, Texas.

Project manager and design engineer for public and private sector land development, roadway, and utility infrastructure projects. 


2002 to 2011 – Project manager and design engineer for Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. in Fort Worth, Frisco, and Austin, Texas.   Responsibilities include the design of paving, drainage, detention ponds, water quality ponds, water and sanitary sewer facilities associated with residential and commercial land development projects.  Designed and managed projects from feasibility through construction.  Additional responsibilities included governmental review and approval processes.  Project types completed include hotel, office, senior housing, commercial, retail, industrial and apartment complexes.
